Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Investigate client issues reported and unsolved by 1st level support
• Be involved in testing and validation phase for each new release of our products
• Visit clients in case of problems that need to be investigated on site (trip frequency is low)
• Liaise with development centre teams i.e. support, product management, financial engineer and development
• Provide end user trainings
• Provide Client support remotely and on site.
• Maintain and improve long term client relationship and client satisfaction.
Additional Information: (e.g. Shift Resource, % work that is development vs. maintenance, etc.)
Qualification:
Education:
Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:
• Strong Financial background with a degree in Economics or Computer Science.
• Front Office & Risk Management Knowledge will be a plus
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of UNIX commands and utilities
• Extended SQL knowledge
• Team spirit and willingness to achieve results
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to generate viable, innovative ideas and solutions
• Experience on Financial IT or on a Risk Management Software would be an advantage
Desired Skills (Nice to have in addition to the Required Skills), Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience .
